Process and solutions

Pre-washing, dyeing and reductive clearing

RACL has proven to be successful in the automobile sector with the following products:

  • pre-washing: RUCOGEN® FWK and VEROLAN® NEW
  • dyeing: RUCOLIN® RUN, RUCOGAL® ERQ and RUCO-ACID® ABS 200
  • reductive clearing: RUCORIT® RAL and RUCORIT® SUG
  • Ecological repellency

    RUCO-DRY® ECO PLUS

    An effective water-repellent agent for finishing fabrics of all fibre types, which is based on fluorine-free compounds and is a high performance product with superior repellent effect. It confers excellent durability to washing when combined with crosslinking boosters such as RUCO-LINK® RCX, RUCO-LINK® CHX or RUCO-LINK® BEW.

Flame retardancy

RUCO-COAT® FRP CONC

A ready-to-use, free of antimony trioxide and halogen; soft coating compound for obtaining flame-retardant properties; used for all types of upholstery fabric or technical textiles (automotive, sun protection, etc) and made of synthetic fibres or their blends with natural fibres.

Biocidal protection

RUCO-BAC® AGP

A non-migrating product, which achieves a highly efficient and durable anti-microbial protective finish for all fibre types. It is extremely suitable for passive odour prevention in automotive interiors.

Abrasion resistance

RUCO-PUR® SLR

A self-crosslinking polyurethane for finishing technical textiles, suitable for all fibre types and fibre blends. The reduction of the pilling tendency of the fabric and creation of special handle effects make it especially suitable for automotive textiles.
