Role of the Company Secretary in the overall governance process The Directors have access to the suggestions and services of the Company Secretary | Legal department in ensuring the effective functioning of the Board and its Committees. The Company Secretary administers, attends and prepares minutes of the Board and the Committee proceedings in accordance with the statutory requirements as well as the norms of corporate governance. 8. Certification by the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Financial Officer Mr Tejas Shukla, Managing Director and Mr Rajas Khaladkar, Chief Financial Officer, issued a certificate to the Board. The said certificate was placed before the Board at the meeting held on April 22, 2025, in which the accounts for the year ended March 31, 2025, were considered and approved by the Board.
